+ Responsible for accurate and timely charge capture for therapy-based services. + Copy all checks and scan collection sheets for billing, responsible for reconciliation of daily receivables. + Manage daily collection sheet of all co-pay and cash totals, checks, and credit cards at the end of each day. + Respond to patient billing and statement inquiries escalate payment issues to supervisor if needed. + Receive Point of Service payment from patients at time of service and/or establish payment plans to help patients manage payment of bills. + Check-in patients, verify patient's appointment, demographic information, insurance, and referral.
